Our office provides mental health services for children and adults, as well as other services such as psychiatry, mental health counselors, Target Case Managers among others.

Our team works hard to provide services in a wide range of emotional and behavioral problems, and our mental health providers have the credentials and experience necessary to assess, diagnose and manage a variety of mental health conditions.

Our goal is to promote and increase mental wellness by increasing awareness about the connection between mental and physical health and help people in need live a better and healthy life.

Medical Director

Dr. Frank Baez, MD Psychiatry

Dr. Baez is a psychiatry specialist in Miami, FL with extensive experience in Psychotic Disorders, Addiction and Substance Abuse. Dr. Baez graduated from Santo Domingo Technologic Institute (INTEC) and completed his Psychiatry Residency Training at Lincoln Medical & Mental Health Center, Affiliated with Weill Medical College-Cornell University Bronx, New York.

Roberto E. Gimenez, DNP, AGNP-BC, PMHNP-BC

Dr Gimenez is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). I am an experienced PMHNP dedicated to helping those with mental health needs achieve optimal mental health status. He is an experienced PMHNP He has worked in health care since 1997 with a wide range of medication management experience across the lifespan, including PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, ADHD, OCD, Mood disorders, personality disorders, and substance use disorder, as well as Veteran-centric care.

Bilingual LCSW-QS. Extensive experience in serious mentally ill individuals with dual diagnosis and co-occurring conditions. Expert in managing Crisis Hotlines. Extensive experience in managing 15+ employees and improving productivity. Extensive experience in building a community mental health center from zero and growing its membership. Moderate experience with immigration laws and regulations.

Yezid A. Arango, LCSW, is a clinical social worker and mental health counselor. Mr. Yezid A. Arango has 17+ years of experience in clinical social work. He is licensed to diagnose and treat mental, behavioral, and emotional disorders. As a clinical social worker, he helps patients develop strategies to change behavior or cope with difficult situations and refers patients to other resources or services, such as support groups or other mental health professionals.

Dr Mas is a licensed mental health counselor in Miami with 17 years of treating a multicultural population of adults, children, and families. Oscar takes a holistic and trauma-informed approach. He worked in the military for 10 years providing support for separation, resilience with children, and loss of family members.
